What personal information we collect and why we collect it

Deletion of data when the account is deleted

We cannot simply delete data that a user has shared with other users in a non-public way without interfering with the rights of the other users. Therefore, chat content is only deleted after both users have deleted their account.
How long we store your data
For users who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can view, change or delete their personal information at any time (the user name cannot be changed). Administrators of DMG Services can also view and change this information.
What rights you have to your data
If you have an account on our website, you can request an export of your personal data from us, including all the data you have given us. In addition, you can request the deletion of all personal data that we have stored about you. This does not include data that we have to keep due to administrative, legal or security reasons.
